The Club at Hillbrook is pleased to welcome fashion editor and author Billy Norwich on Thursday, October 13 from 6:30-8:30pm. Norwich, a former Vogue editor and columnist, is a legend in the fashion scene. His work has appeared in The New York Times, Vogue, W, and Town & Country to name a few.
Norwich’s latest work isn’t a fashion column, but is a novel titled “My Mrs. Brown.” The novel is about “a woman with a secret who travels to New York City on a determined quest to buy a special dress that represents everything she wants to say about that secret..and herself.” The New York times has referred to Norwich’s novel as a “contemporary fairytale and gentle rebuke to today’s hyped-up fashion culture.”
