The Club at Hillbrook provides a five-star dining experience. Our formal dining room offers a cozy atmosphere, while
the tavern and veranda provide a more casual feel. Menus change seasonally, with our experienced culinary staff
offering daily fish specials, homemade soups, freshly prepared desserts, and much more.
Dress Policy:
The Club at Hillbrook maintains a Business Casual dress policy. Please note that jeans, denim, T-shirts, sweatpants,
crocs, and flip-flops are not considered appropriate attire. We kindly ask that you communicate this policy to your families and guests and ensure their attire is in keeping with Club standards. Members and guests who do not
adhere to the policy may be asked to leave out of respect for other members.
Bottle Club Policy:
The Club at Hillbrook operates as a “Bottle Club” and does not sell alcoholic beverages.
However, members may bring in beer, wine, and/or liquor. Corkage and set-up fees will apply.
Liquor locker storage is available for an annual charge and can accommodate approximately 12 one-liter bottles.
